About our Payment Plans - Terms and Conditions
PLEASE NOTE IF ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK: Before committing to buying any produce from overseas, please do check you understand your country's Customs and Excise tax system, to get an idea what customs tax you might have to pay (if any) to your country's government when purchasing from another country.
Our Flexible Payment Plans
We understand that purchasing a beautiful silicone baby is a significant investment, which is why we're delighted to offer flexible payment plans to help you spread the cost.
We offer payment plans of up to 4 months for blank kits and up to 10 months for finished silicone babies.
When you choose a baby and arrange a payment plan, you are committing to purchasing that particular doll. Your baby will immediately be marked as SOLD and removed from sale, meaning nobody else can purchase it. It will then be safely reserved for you, ready to be sent home once your final payment has been received.
Please note: By entering into a payment plan, you are agreeing to purchase the doll and complete your payments within the agreed period. Payments are considered non-refundable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan!
If your circumstances change and you find yourself struggling to keep up with your payments, please don't worry in silence. Get in touch with us as soon as possible. We're always happy to discuss your situation and, where possible, arrange a temporary payment holiday or extend your payment period to make things a little easier.
All we ask is that you keep in touch with us and honour the arrangements we agree together.
Our aim is to make purchasing your dream silicone baby as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, with the reassurance that once you've chosen your baby, it's yours to look forward to!
I don't live in the UK, can you ship to my country?
We do ship to most countries worldwide. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering so that we can check for you.
Your baby will be sent home to you via DHL which we have found to be extremely reliable, safe and quick. It is completely tracked and we have never yet lost a parcel.
IMPORTANT: Many countries add a customs/excise duty onto your purchase. It will be your responsibility to pay that duty. If in doubt please find out before ordering, about your countries rules on receiving goods from the UK.
Anything else?
If you have any further questions, at any time, please email us at c[email protected]
